We are looking for someone who is passionate about property management and desires to expand their skills with our growing company. As a property manager you will have a vital role in the success of your properties. You will be managing properties throughout the Tampa Bay counties, and will have a great deal of independence.
Your management responsibilities will consist of: Maintenance coordination: managing in-house maintenance supervisor, finding subcontractors, managing unit turn over, maintenance requests, unit inspections, and walk-throughs. Job qualifications: Look for a long-term career with our company. Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently Property management experience. Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships A valid Driver’s License and have a well operating motor vehicle. Resourceful and pays attention to details A desire to exceed in a competitive environment. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on -call hours We perform background checks. Salary starts at 30k with opportunities for advancement, and bonus incentives.
