WLW Group Maintenance Manager Job Position
Position Summary :
-$3,000/month salary position for handyman and maintenance manager for luxury real estate property in Tampa Bay, Florida. This is a rare opportunity to work for WLW Capital, a real estate development and management company whom also is a private mortgage company here in Tampa Fl. Not only is someone needed for regular maintenance on current WLW properties owned, but position has ability to grow into project manager/contractor for WLW group development projects which are constantly on going.
Job Position Includes:
-37-50 hours / week minimum with ability to pick up additional work.
-Regular Maintenance and improvements on Apartment complex’s and single family homes.
-Constant upkeep and preventative treatment of real estate.
-Projects and maintenance could include but are not limited to;
-Pressure washing, interior/exterior fixture cleaning and replacements, air filter change outs, leaf blowing, garbage removal, demo, painting/drywall repair, minor plumbing.
-Ability to get EXTRA work with WLW group on flip homes and development projects simultaneous with property maintenance position.
Requirements & Experience wanted:
- Real estate construction/handyman background
- Knowledge of real estate
- Basic/Minor plumbing/electrical knowledge
- Drywall/Painting experience
- Pressure washing experience
- Possession of a truck and/or trailer available
- Collection of tools/equipment
- Ability to use email and scheduling
- Timely and respectful
- Management experience
- Ability to bring on partners or working help for larger jobs/projects
