Must Have:
Own Transportation – work is primarily based within Hillsborough County, some Pasco.
Will add some gas money in your check if you drive. You MUST have your own vehicle, NOT getting dropped off and picked up.
Requirements:
Residential Interior Painting Exp (rolling, cutting in, taping, brushing, minor drywall repair)
General Handyman knowledge (installing new faucets, weather stripping, pressure washing, door knobs, installing ceiling fans or light fixtures, cleaning baseboards to prep for painting, troubleshooting, etc.)
Some tools to start would be very helpful (5 in 1, screwdrivers, pliers, drill, tape measure, etc)
Duties include (but, not limited to):
Painting
Handyman work
Trimming trees/bushes, laying mulch
Pressure washing
Occasional Trash outs
Must work clean, very neat, and efficient. No Sloppy work and no slow workers.
Clean after yourself as you go along.
Phone calls/Texts/Social Media should be limited to break times and lunch break – no leniency.
**** BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH AND DRINKS **** We will provide bottled waters.
Some Saturday availability a MUST
Job Type: 1099 employee/vendor – you will be responsible for your own taxes
Compensation Details:
**** PAYDAY IS ON FRIDAYS ****
Starting Pay will be based on your experience and we are known to increase by $1.00 minimum after only two weeks of working with you and will increase thereafter.
We will also give some gas money at the end of the week added to your check based on commuting requirements.
We do not pay daily but we do not mind helping out during the first week.
We are looking for someone who has the will and motivation to grow with us and eventually we will purchase a work vehicle for you to run your own crew.
