Seeking individual with maintenance experience working in apartment or condominium communities. Work involves turning apartments after move out, completing punch list, replacing electrical fixtures, installing blinds, plumbing fixtures, etc. Familiarity with residential A/C systems and repair preferred.
Must be capable of physical work including but not limited to, moving appliances and other household items.
Qualified applicants must have the ability to take direction, possess good attention to detail and take pride in their work and have a positive customer service attitude. Must have dependable transportation and be available for on-call after hours.

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour
