Momentum Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage, specializing in rental property in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate management and desires to expand their skills with our growing company. As a property maintenance supervisor, you will have a vital role in the success of your properties. You will be managing property maintenance managers throughout the Tampa Bay counties, and will have a great deal of independence.
Your management responsibilities will consist of:
Maintenance coordination: managing in-house maintenance managers, finding subcontractors, managing unit turn over, maintenance requests, unit inspections, and walk-throughs.

A valid Driver’s License and have a well operating motor vehicle.

Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on call hours

Salary ranges 25-35k (based on experience) with opportunities for advancement, and bonus incentives.
