Full Job Description
Seeking an experienced maintenance technician for small, family-owned company. We have approximately 300 units altogether in our portfolio, mostly in small-medium sized apartment buildings with some single family homes as well. All properties are located within about a 10 mile radius in St. Petersburg, FL. Skills required include; plumbing (clogged drain lines, leaky faucets, installing faucets, etc.), air conditioning, light electrical, carpentry, painting, miscellaneous property maintenance tasks (landscaping, property beautification, etc.). Candidate must be able to solve problems on the fly, communicate well with both management and tenants and be ok with moving around to multiple properties on any given day. Applicant must have their own tools to perform previously mentioned tasks. Reliable transportation is a must, preferably a pickup truck or van in order to house tools and transport some materials, when needed.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
