Keep Florida Clean is a full scale property maintenance company servicing central Florida. This Job is for a janitorial position as an upscale shopping center located in Westchase.

What you have to do as a property maintenance technician?
Will be required to drive company vehicle to different shopping centers to complete tasks. Majority of shift will be day time hours, however there will be a nighttime requirement for certain tasks. tasks will include,
- Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Small amounts of mowing and weed eating
- Removing items from the property
- Small handyman tasks
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, store entrance areas
- Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners and equipment
- Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
- Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
- Follow schedule
- Occasionally use commercial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums and buffers.
- Operate a gas blower and pressure washer
- Other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.
Who you have to be as a successful Custodian/Janitor?
- At least 25 years of age or older
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Reliable, reliable, RELIABLE
- Must have reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience is preferred
Position Details:
- Part time
- 15-20 hours per week
- will be on call with advanced notice for more hours
- $11- $12 per hour
