Dependable Maintenance Techs needed for rental turns and service calls. Duties may include light carpentry, flooring, drywall repair, texture, paint, and light Electrical and plumbing maintenance issues. There may be an occasional unit cleaning involved.
We handle single family properties throughout the Tampa Bay area and we’re well established. We need you to be dependable, a little flexible, and willing to learn. Self starter and motivation a must. You need your own transportation and tools, and be experienced. Starting pay is $20.00 + /hr. for skilled people paid weekly with a gas allowance if you’re doing a lot of driving.
