Looking for an all around maintenance person, self motivated – knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, sewer, light electrical. Also familiar with ground maintenance; trimming and pruning. Able to use power tools.
Must be able to work independently, pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Must be able to drive a small utility truck with a small trailer attached
