The job is located between multiple single family homes in St. Petersburg, Thonotosassa and Zephyrhills Florida.
The primary task of the Property Maintenance Worker are:
1. Sprinkler system maintenance repair and setting.
2. AC filter and system maintenance cleaning.
3. Gardening cleaning trimming, weeding and mulching
4. Equipment maintenance for all gardening equipment. Oil, Clean, Gas, maintain operational
5. Lighting fixture maintenanced bulbs sensors and cleaning shades on outdoor lights.
6. Landscaping planting and cleaning
7. Fencing repair replacement
8. Auto cleaning and maintenance.
9. Painting inside and out prep, primers and final coat
10. Lock repair and maintenance for digital locks.
11. Window and screen cleaning maintenance and repair.
12. Deck and terrace cleaning staining.
13. Boat and water equipment cleaning waxing polishing and storage.
Any task associated with maintaining single family homes.
Must have a valid drivers license and transportation to get to each work location.
Referances and background check required.
