Small condominium community in need of a reliable general maintenance person. Responsibilities include sprinkler system, plumbing, electrical, paint,drywall, stucco repair, trash removal and cleaning. Property maintenance experience preferred. 20- 30 hours per week minimum, hourly based on experience.
