We are looking for a Property Management Administrator to assist with daily administrative tasks. This position will be located at an office building in Boca Raton, Florida.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure that client needs are met.
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software and work order tracking software .
- Light accounting duties.
- Handle some tenant complaints, complete maintenance service requests and follow up on a timely basis.
- Have basic understanding of commercial leases.
- Communicate with property managers regarding accuracy of invoices received according to company procedures.
- Access computerized financial information to resolve vendor payment questions.
- Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes.
- Assist with scheduling routine services, provide general clerical and phone assistance, communicate notices/memos to tenants/vendors as requested by property managers.
- Provide onsite property inspections and assist with keeping up curbside appeal.
- Assist leasing when needed to provide access to potential new tenants.
- Assist with collecting comparative proposals for services.
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets and monthly reporting.
- Special projects and any other additional duties as deemed necessary.
