Established growing Property Management and Real Estate Company is looking for a motivated and well organized residential Property Manager to join our expanding management team. Applicant must have a Licensed Florida Real Estate License preferably with Residential Property Management or Leasing experience. This is a challenging role and a great opportunity to join an exciting organization.
You must be an honest, dependable, hard working individual with excellent communication skills who is energetic and can follow a proven system. You will be a direct liaison with Property Owners and Tenants. You will be assisting in growing a rental portfolio. You will start off with a portfolio of 70+ units which consist of single family residential properties, until a track record is proven. You will be supported by a dedicated support and accounting team.
