Established growing Property Management and Real Estate Company is looking for a motivated and well organized residential Property Manager to join our expanding management team. Applicant must have a Licensed Florida Real Estate License preferably with Residential Property Management or Leasing experience. This is a challenging role and a great opportunity to join an exciting organization.
You absolutely MUST be system minded, dependable, and have a strong desire to learn. You will be a direct liason with Property Owners, Tenants and Vendors. You will be assisting in growing your rental portfolio. You will start off with a portfolio of 60+ units which consist primarily of single family residential properties, until a track record is proven. You will be supported by a dedicated support and accounting team.
This is an excellent position for someone looking to have a consistent, dependable income with their Real Estate License.
