South Tampa Commercial Real Estate Company is seeking a Property Management Assistant with a minimum of five years’ administrative experience.

Job duties & requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Must be proficient in Excel – this position also helps support the Accounting Department
  • Skilled used of Microsoft Outlook & Word
  • Check processing & deposits; scanning & filing
  • Maintaining tenants’ certificates of insurance & contacts
  • Running errands, general office upkeep, answering phones, mail processing
  • Strong organizational & communication skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Successful day to day office experience
  • Positive attitude is a MUST!
  • Ability to problem-solve and willingness to ask questions
  • Works well without much supervision & also a team player
  • We are fast-paced & need a quick learner. You must be able to multi-task.
