Direct Express is located in Saint Petersburg. Our Construction company is building 30-40 new construction homes totaling 90,000+ square feet! Our Property Management company manages over 200 rentals! Our Real Estate and Mortgage companies close approximately 10 deals a month! We are looking for a long-term Property Management Assistant we can trust to add to our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who will be an asset to our team. We need someone dependable, reliable, and who’s looking to advance in the Real Estate/Property Management World.
This is a great job for someone looking for stability and longevity as we have run this company now for 12 years, working with rentals in four counties. We are looking for someone who will remain with us for the long term because we plan to expand the business even more.
We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:
- Experience In Property Management & Leasing
- Experience with Buildium or Appfolio is a plus!
- Customer Service Skills
- Computer Experience (Word, Excel, Spreadsheets)
- Experience In Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Experience In Ordering Supplies for Office & Maintenance
- Handling and Scheduling Maintenance Issues
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Filling Skills
- Organizing Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Dresses Professionally
- Great Communication with the owners and property manager
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, with rotating emergency weekends.
