SecureVest Realty is rapidly expanding its property management division. We service individual investors and large private equity firms that own numerous single family and commercial properties in the Tampa Bay market and other markets in Florida.
We are seeking a highly efficient and goal oriented assistant property manager to drive the following tasks and retains the skill sets below:
1-Bilingual (Spanish) and Prior experience in property management
2-Familiar with basic accounting, filing and data entry
3-Customer service oriented and can handle a high volume of tenant phone calls
4-Able to multi tasks and can follow systems and process
5-Pro active in recommending profitable and efficient systems and processes
6-Knowledge of social media and able to post new properties to rent
7-Experience with property management software (Appfolio)
8-Track and manage vendor work order requests and billing
9-Able to show properties and take inspection photos (as needed)
10-Live within 30 minutes of TIA, have reliable transportation and have a positive attitude
We are looking to fill this position for the long term and will also offer a bonus program after a 90 day trial period for the right candidate. This can quickly evolve to a 50k++ annual position.
