ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support and data management coordination for Allegiant Management senior team as well as manning the corporate office front desk and backup support for corporate office administrative functions.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Administrative support for offsite Allegiant Management senior personnel (five executives).
- File management and maintenance of Allegiant property management centralized files. (Sharepoint)
- Oversee distribution of all Allegiant property management correspondence (ie mail, email and phone calls) received at corporate office.
- Maintenance of Allegiant Management personnel contact list including on-site property personnel.
- Assistance as needed with collection and assembly of owner/partner reporting.
- Assistance as needed with property acquisition underwriting including accessing market and demographic reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 2 – 4 Yr Degree in Business Administration
- 1 – 2 Yrs Experience, preferably in Real Estate or related Industry
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Working knowledge of Sharepoint.
