Full Job Description
To provide facility management services, ie manage and coordinate building technology such as H.V.A.C. settings, lighting and access control, postal receiving. Monitor building automation, emergency power, water temperatures, elevator control, fire/smoke detection systems and to communicate alarms and maintenance needs. Provide concierge and hospitality services, reception and clerical duties. To coordinate and document outside maintenance contractors.
