Job Description:

Maintain a spreadsheet with all available and occupied rentals

Post Notices for the company

Coordinate Lease Renewals and Non-Renewals 60 days in advanced

Ensure all tenants are moved into our system and all their information is up to date

Coordinate occupied inspections at owners request

Answer phones and schedule showings for leasing agents.

Qualifications * Positive attitude, honesty, ability to multi task * Must be able to pass drug test * Must have reliable transportation to get to office * Extremely organized with attention to detail * Clean Driving Record with valid driver’s license * Must be a proactive self-starter * Job Type: Full-time
