Property Management Positions – Property Management (Saint Petersburg)

We are a not for profit organization providing affordable housing to residents in Pinellas County, Florida. We are seeking qualified individuals for our Property Management Team. We have 549 units within 14 communities which require knowledge of affordable housing programs and associated restrictions that apply to rent and income limits. Must be a team player and able to multi task and work in a fast paced office environment. Positions are full time and require a forty hour work week – Monday thru Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Salary will be based on candidates related work experience and knowledge relating to the position.
