We are seeking Property Management Specialists to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting properties and creating reports about conditions.
- Work with team to market properties for rent and schedule showings.
- Show potential tenants properties and educate new tenants about company policies.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce property and associations’ rules and regulations
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Create a scope of works and proposed budgets to give to managers for approval
- Assist in contacting vendors and contractors
- Assist in assigning work orders and rehabs
- Follow up and inspect the property to ensure the quality of work and standards are met.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants/vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
