• Ability to sell all types of flooring materials , ability to build and present an estimate .
• Must be able to do field measurements on the job site .
• Be a “hunter, seller and closer”, must have balance in these areas .
• Build solid customer relationships , longer term relationships .
• Determine customers needs,deliver solutions or creative ideas to address challenges.
• Become a student in RFMS , using the Rite Rug Flooring Systems .
• Accountable to forward plan , set forward strategies .
• Present oneself in professional manner , in line with the Rite Rug culture .
• Be able to multi task between the various job functions.
• Effective in oral and written skills.
• Work independently , be a problem solver .
• A High School Degree is required .
