Property Manager Admin

Doyle & McGrath Real Estate is Tampa Bay’s premier, full-service Commercial Real Estate and Property Management company. We are dedicated to providing superior property management services with exceptional customer service. We manage over 1 million square feet in the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Our passion is to provide clients with full-service property management and exceptional service. As a representative of our company, you’ll be responsible for meeting out internal standards.

We are looking for an organized and motivated property manager admin to manage a portfolio of properties. The property manager admin will report to the property manager and perform administrative and organizational duties such as liaising with tenants, overseeing maintenance, and scheduling meetings.

To be successful as a property manager admin you should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. An outstanding candidate will also have a talent for business management and distinguished conflict resolution skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial/portfolio property management.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to assess property damage and needed repairs.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency of Word/Excel and – not essential: AppFolio.
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing and resolving residents’ questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Respond to tenant reports of damage and or needed repairs in a timely manner.
  • Get pricing from vendors and dispatch, as appropriate, vendors to complete repairs.
  • Assess financial responsibility for cost of repairs between landlord and tenant based on individual leases.
  • Assist with managed HOAs – answer calls and correspondence.
  • Establish rapport with owners and tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated.
  • Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records.
  • Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Broker.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Community Association Manager would be a distinct advantage – but not essential.
  • Past experience with AppFolio would be a distinct advantage – but not essential.

Benefits:

  • Paid time off – one week in first year and two weeks thereafter. Additional for long term employees.

Work Location:

  • Lutz – please live within 20 minutes of our office.

Pay Rate:

  • Negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
