WLW Capital is looking to hire a property manager to manage the management maintenance and service of our portfolio of properties located in the Tampa Bay Area. Mainly to start will be working at an apartment complex in Plant City. We are looking to hire someone with significant experience maintaining apartment buildings as well as single family homes. The major prerequisite for this position is for the potential property manager to have a truck for pulling our company trailer and commuting between our properties. The items involved with this position include but are not limited too: (THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE POSITION)
-pressure washing
– landscape maintenance
– blowing and cleaning properties daily
– responding to service & maintenance requests from tenants.
– turning units over and prepping when one tenant exits and the next is moving in.
– watering plants when needed.
– painting
– scheduling sub contractors when needed.
– general property upkeep
