ASHFORD PLACE APARTMENTS –

Is looking for a strong “TEAM” leader with demonstrated leasing & collections for 300+ unit apartment community in Tampa.

As property manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the managing of the daily operations of the property. Overseeing personnel, marketing, leasing, collections, resident retention, customer service, maintenance, administration and reporting.

The property manager supervises the maintenance supervisor, assistant manager, leasing & maintenance staff and reports directly to the regional manager.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years apartment industry experience
  • 2+ years apartment management
  • Strong written & communication skills
  • Self motivated
  • Organized with attention to details
  • Word, Excell & YARDI a must !!

Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
