Full Job Description
Busy Real Estate Property Management Company is looking for a Seasoned Professional to join our team! This pivotal role will include:
- General Office Duties including phone support and administative support
- Coordination of Tenant move-out turns and vendor support
- Coordinating repairs for owners and tenants
- Speaking with Owners and Tenants concerning repairs, payments, compliance and other items
- Provide Administrative Assistance to the Property Management Team
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Minimum of Two years experience in Property Management Industry
- Experience with Vendor Support and Tenant Move-out turns
- Vendor or Construction Industry experience
- Experience with Appfolio or another rental management software program a huge plus!
- Proficient in all Word products including Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Current Florida Driver’s License
- Team player with GREAT ATTITUDE!
