Axiom in Clearwater, Florida is looking for an Estates Manager.

Axiom develops software for the top architectural and engineering firms on the planet. Our customers design and build everything from highways and bridges to sports stadiums and so on.

For over 30 years we have been providing these firms with software that improves their productivity and efficiency, allowing them to get things done more accurately and quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize repairs and maintenance.
  • Overseeing any projects such as repainting and so on.
  • Plan, hire, and manage the work of contractors.
  • Submit requests to purchase items needed for the property.
  • Writing detailed reports of work done.

Requirements:

  • · Must have a good sense of orderliness and cleanliness.
  • · Experience as a handyman is a plus.
  • Ability to compose documents and communication using accurate punctuation, and grammar.
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Able to manage other employees.
  • Able to learn quickly and apply new data learned.
  • Be solutions-oriented.
  • Have own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work weekends or nights as needed (for events or emergencies).
  • Be reliable.
  • Have a high level of integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
