Responsibilities for this 160-unit community:
- Manage daily operations and manage overall operating performance
- Provide leadership, training and evaluation to community team members
- Manage marketing, leasing, collections, resident retention and customer service
- Maintain maximum occupancy
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to corporate reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years experience as Property Manager
- Basic computer skills, working knowledge of Excel, Yardi PM a plus
- Proficient in use of marketing and networking sites, including Craigslist, Google, Etc.
- Ability to understand problems of residents and strive for solutions when available
- Maintain a neat, organized and well mannered professional appearance
