In this role you will:
Oversee operations of one of our multi-million-dollar properties.
Coach and lead a team of professionals that provide superior service to our residents, vendors, and peers.
Have full financial responsibility, including receivables and payables, annual budget preparation, operating and capital expense management, and being a market expert by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Positively impact the organization by exploring opportunities that add value to you and your team’s accomplishments.
You will accomplish organizational goals and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
How Will You Be the Right Fit?
Education: High school or equivalent. (Required)
Experience: Three to five years of leading a property operations team.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
