Job Description
A leading Tampa licensed property management firm is seeking an experienced property manager and assistant manager for one of it’s properties located in the North Tampa / University area.
This is a FULL-TIME position.
Job Qualifications:
– 3 to 5 years verifiable experience
– Bi-Lingual speaking and writing a plus
– Experience with property management software
– Experience with advertising to fill and maintain high occupancy
– Experience using of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
– Excellent communication skills- Positive attitude
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Attention to details and accuracy
– Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
– Team player
– High School Diploma
Job Duties including but not limited to:
– Marketing and leasing apartment homes
– Walk and ensure apartment homes are ready for move-in
– Assist in overseeing Maintenance division
– Oversee Property Conditions
– Rent Collections
– Post notices- Answer phones
– Tenant relations
– Abide by Fair Housing Laws
