Property Manager Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Manage community operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses through planning and control
• Experience interpreting financial data, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Superb marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan and oversee outside marketing (experience in the Tampa market a plus)
• Effectively communicate, both oral and written, with Supervisor and Ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building & customer service skills
• Yardi & Yieldstar experience
