As an AMO® Accredited Management Organization you will be joining a company that demonstrates strong financial performance, outstanding leadership, and adheres to a Code of Professional Ethics strictly enforced by IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Our Property Manager is entrusted to oversee the operation of assigned commercial properties including the maintenance of both the interior and exterior of assigned buildings, collecting rent from tenants, creating and keeping accurate and thorough records, and ensuring building regulations are being followed. The focus on fostering and maintaining client and vendor relationships is complimented by a proactive and calm demeanor. The role is a problem solver – striking a balance as to what is fair to the client and to the organization. Our ideal team member brings new ideas to the table, is driven, and team oriented.
The Key Objectives:
- Track all property information, including tenants, vacancies, rent statements, disbursements, and facility management
- Understand the financial goals, operate the asset in the owners’ best interest
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, managing unit pricing, qualifying estimates and preparing budgets
- Responsible for preparation of variance reports and property financial performance reports
- Ensure all rents are collected timely and track the financial data in conjunction with Real Estate Services/Finance
- Act as primary contact with all tenants, respond to inquiries, provide estimates and coordinate moves
- Conduct frequent property inspections to include photos and written reports
- In partnership with the SVP, Property Management generate necessary legal action, document and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines and practices
- Review and oversee appropriate maintenance of properties
- Courteous, sympathetic, and efficient in handling of client requests and complaints
- Attend client and vendor meetings, as required
- Assist leasing agents in showing space, as needed
- Maintain understanding of market trends and the impact to the team, organization and clients being served
- Actively participate in a third-party organization (ex: BOMA, IREM, etc) to represent the organization
- Ensure best practices are utilized

- Yardi experience, strongly preferred
- Experience with Sharepoint, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in commercial real estate property management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or experience
- Valid drivers’ license, required
- Real Estate License, required or willing to obtain
- IREM, CPM or BOMA RPA certification, preferred
