Commercial Real Estate Management Company seeking an assertive, proactive individual with good communication skills to effectively manage and supervise RETAIL PROPERTIES. The position encompasses marketing, lease negotiations, managing maintenance, rent collections, and supervise leasing.
Experience with Appfolio advantage
Apartment managers need not apply.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
