Seeking a Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at our West Palm Beach apartment community.
Essential functions include:
Manages day-to-day operations and leasing functions of assigned property to ensure resident and owner satisfaction.
Prepares the annual management plan and budget with the established goals and objectives of the owner and ensures the property performs to this plan.
Enhances apartment occupancy by coordinating renewal and new lease efforts.
Ensures that property accounting and financial reporting are administered in a timely fashion. Interfaces directly with building ownership and provides status reports on relevant issues.
Provides timely and professional responses to resident issues and inquiries.
Oversees engineering, maintenance, and security operations. Conducts building inspections and implements procedures to correct deficiencies.
Supervises vendors, determines acceptable performance, and resolves issues. Negotiates pricing
Monitors and evaluates rental rates and communicates market changes and rental rate recommendations.
Works with Corporate Marketing Department to implement advertising and marketing promotional campaigns.
Directs efforts to implement sales and marketing plans which maximize rental income and results in high occupancy
Qualified candidates will have a 2+ years related experience, with college a plus. Residential leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills required, in addition to a solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts. Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Yardi, rent manager or other property management software programs.
