Full Job Description
Dahl Properties is looking for a property manager with experience managing all aspects of a multi-family portfolio with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a multi-role position that will require the candidate to show apartments units to prospective tenants, financial & special reporting, manage all aspects of tenant management, source and meet with vendors and contractors to manage different capital improvement projects and oversee the maintenance personagement.
Requirements:
- Must be available for weekend, holiday, evening and on-call work.
- 5+ years of property management experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must.
- Exceptional follow-through and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing, environment.
- Ability to take direction but work independently or a part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Other Requirements
- Proficiency with standard office equipment including computer, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) printer/scanner.
- Yardi Breeze or comparable property management software proficiency a plus.
- Management level math skills including the ability to calculate pro-rations, bank deposits, time keeping records, cost analysis, etc.
- Must have reliable transportation to visit all the properties in the portfolio, attend meetings, purchase/pick-up supplies, meet with vendors/subcontractors, etc. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain insurance at or above company standards.
- High school diploma level of education or above required.
- Employment will require passing a background and driving history check.
