Job Summary
Property manager needed for a fast growing property management company, mainly consisting of small apartment buildings concentrated in south Pinellas County. Experience working with different owners (for the different properties) is preferred. This individual will be teamed with an assistant and will be responsible for such tasks as: Assisting and answering questions from tenants, owners and general public that visit the office. Creating service orders for tenant maintenance requests and communicating repair recommendations to owners. Tenant communications, including – late rent, lease details and terms, lease renewals, compliance Lease renewals – negotiations, market analysis Answering lease questions from tenants and owners Updating Owners on repairs and renovations Review owner statements Data entry on industry specific software Coordinating utility connects/disconnects Communicating with other management companies and HOA’s to transition management, obtain HOA approval, etc Candidates should possess the following: A background in residential property management Must be proficient in typing, multitasking, and have a high level of organization Must be able to use Google email, chat and calendar Previous experience using property management software (Yardi, Rent Manager, Property Ware, etc) This is a full time position with 401k, paid time off and opportunity for advancement.
