We are a well established and locally owned management company in Saint Petersburg looking for someone to join our team to help make sure our properties are well taken care of. This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation first year, paid holidays, company match 401k. Work can be performed from home and in office 2x per week. Reimbursement of mileage during work.
Currently, we do not offer medical benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience, 40k-50k/year.

Job Overview: Responsible for all day-to-day property operations to exceed property owners and tenants’ expectations. Establish Excellent Service culture within DDPM and clients.
Communication
Ensure owners and tenants inquiries are answered within 24 hours for non-urgent issues and ASAP on urgent issues
Proactively send owners property updates and/or pictures
Provide owners with regular feedback on property showings and rent pricing
Ensure leasing agents have all necessary and accurate information for each property
Ensure tenants are well informed during the entirety of their lease, from start to end
Ensure proper response and handling of any community emergencies with owners and tenants
Administrative
Ensure properties, tenants and owners information and files are properly maintained and updated
Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis
Comply with all internal reporting deadlines. To include, but not limited to: Owner Statement, Delinquencies, Owner Default Batch.
Communicate with owners on all leasing updates
Oversee renewal process with tenants, owners, and Service Coordinators
Oversee collections with tenants, owners, and Service Coordinators
Follow procedures and systems within DDPM guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient workflow
Visit all properties in person at least once a quarter; Regular ongoing inspections
Ensure efficiency of Maintenance Coordinators through ongoing training, instruction, counseling and leadership
Plan weekly/daily/monthly schedules and assignments
Provide support to Maintenance Coordinators to encourage team work; lead by example in creating a harmonious environment striving for excellence
Maintenance
Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed timely. This requires regular property inspections and tours
Ensure all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to maintenance team with the assistance of Service Coordinator
Accounting
Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
Ensure that all rents and late fees/check charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner
Generate necessary legal action, documents and process in accordance with State and Company guidelines
Ensure reports are submitted to Accounting according to stipulated deadlines
Qualifications:
Solid experience with Property Management
Knowledge of single family and small complex management preferred
Knowledge of Google calendar, sheets and docs
Completion of high school education
