This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation first year, paid holidays, company match 401k.
Your key responsibilities would be:
– Manage all aspects of property operations including maintenance, and owner and tenant relations
– Follow company processes and procedures
– Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
– Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports
– Handle tenant and owner inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellent customer service
– Ensure property maintenance and repairs are coordinated timely and effectively
– Utilize organizational skills to effectively manage property tasks and deadlines
– Collaborate with team members to achieve property goals and objectives
Currently, we do not offer medical benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
