We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help in making our properties one of the best place to live for local residents, maintaining its appeal, and addressing unexpected issues.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update leases and increase occupancy levels
- Attract and inform new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Improve properties operations to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Maintain Regional Managers and Owners fully informed of all activities
- Efficiently coordinate work done by service providers, contractors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields a plus
- Familiarity with rental/lease agreements a plus
- Ability to build rapport and respect with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability as a professional
- Integrity
