The on-site team works closely with the Area Manager, Regional Project Manager, and Regional VP.
- Yardi Experience is a plus but not required
- Position requires no less than 2 full years of prior multifamily property management experience.
- You must have an excellent ability to schedule and communicate
- Excellent computer skills are required to be able to navigate industry software/systems
- In a 1-person office, the ability to multitask is important as you will be responsible for all tasks from greeting and leasing, to processing payables, to scheduling unit turns.
- Be a proven leader and professionally represent the community and company at all times
- Have a strong eye for detail.
Our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times.
“Inspect what you expect”-Be willing to walk your community daily – our managers are out on-site walking units daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard.
-Managers are required to work the first Sunday of the month (off most weekends and Saturdays)-We are looking for strong, confident, and friendly managers who know how to deliver excellent customer service while keeping the owner’s best interest in mind.-Strong leadership skills are required to successfully coach, motivate, and work with your maintenance service manager and nearby team.
