- Experience in Yardi is ideal but not required
- Elon is seeking strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professionals who know how to deliver excellent customer service at all times while keeping the owner’s best interest in mind.
- Must be willing to walk your community daily – our managers and leasing consultants are out on site walking apartments daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard
- Ideal candidates are excited about organizing and promoting monthly resident events
- Position requires no less than 2 full years of prior property manager experience. “B-C” community experience is a plus with strong focus on immaculate curb appeal with unit upgrading experience.
- You must have an excellent ability to schedule
- Excellent computer skills are required to be able to navigate industry software/systems
- The ability to multi-task
