Full Job Description
Outgoing, self motivated, dependable individual needed for the position of Property Manager, FULL-TIME. Compensation may vary with experience.
Ideal candidate should have at least two years experience in property management.
Primary job duties include effective communication with both tenants and maintenance/service techs. In addition, job duties include oversight of general maintenance of the properties and support staff is vital. Units and buildings must be cleaned and maintained. Must always provide excellent customer service to our tenants, effectively collect monthly rents, and reconcile daily deposits. Additional job duties will be discussed during interview process.
Some weekends and flexibility required.
Job Requirements Include: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficient on the computer, and ability to reconcile cash and online payments. Highly motivated and energetic with the ability to work independently and with others. Oversight and training of support staff, and general property maintenance knowledge. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image at all times. This is not merely an office job, you will be required to visit units in various locations in the city therefore you will need a reliable vehicle and driver’s license in good standing. Conversational Spanish is a huge plus.
