Currently Seeking Full Time On-Site Property Manager
Experience is REQUIRED. We apologize, but due to the nature of the position- we will not accept any candidates with no property management experience.

Collecting quotes from vendors
Supervise all on-site operations/maintenance personnel/vendors
Supervise renovations
Effective problem solving skills
Resolve delinquent accounts
Works well under pressure
Must be proficient in:
Excel
Word
Professional writing skills
We are looking for someone to join our team who understands the challenge of property management and thrives in a busy work environment. This person must be a team player, take initiative to identify problems and give suggestions to resolve. Be kind, but stern with tenants and take pride and responsibility for their properties.
