Established Real Estate Firm seeks a very outgoing, organized, and dynamic personality to serve as Property Manager in our busy South Tampa location.
Join our successful, fast-paced team and work with our Broker and Property Management Director completing lease renewals, move-ins, filing, clerical functions and acting as a liaison between tenants and rental property owners. Additional responsibilities include: Communicating with vendors, maintenance technicians and other team members in various departments. Scheduling, including arranging travel as necessary. MUST be able to compose professional responses to both email and telephone inquiries for both tenants and owners.

Organizational skills are a must.
Experience:
- 1-2 years Property Management experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy are required
- Ability to communicate clearly: both written and verbal
- Familiar with Email, MS Office programs
- Basic bookkeeping, math, spelling & grammar skills
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures
