Full Job Description
Property manager needed for 130 units apartment community located in Tampa and Brandon. All candidates MUST have relevant experience in Property Management, leasing, rent collection, filing evictions, maintenance (work schedules) and staff supervision. Candidates must possess excellent customer service, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal and computer skills (Word, Excel), must be very organized, detail oriented and have a great positive attitude.
Responsibilities also include staff supervision and ensure high performance, control of expenses and budget planning, scheduling and managing operations. Must have flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed. Must be willing to travel to other properties in Tampa.
Job Requirements
5+ years apartment manager experience
10+ years apartment industry experience
Must be able to pass a full background check — no exceptions. Must be honest, reliable, responsible, hard working. References and last 5 years work history required.
