Multi-unit apartment community in Tampa is seeking a strong “TEAM” leader with demonstrated leasing and collections
As property manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the managing the daily operations of the property. Overseeing personnel, marketing, leasing, collections, resident retention, customer service, maintenance, administration and reporting.
The property manager supervises the maintenance supervisor, assistant manager, leasing & maintenance staff and reports directly to the regional manager.
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent
4+ years apartment industry experience
2+ years apartment management
Strong written & communication skills
Self motivated
Organized with attention to details
Office, Word, Excel & ENTRATA a must !!
Bilingual preferred but not required.
