Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides leadership and daily management over an assigned area and team responsible for single-family rental homes and the residents who occupy them. *
- Produces and runs daily and weekly reports and provide them to management. *
- Responsible for light property cleaning. *
- Responsible to complete all needed property inspections, showings, reporting, and marketing. *
- Provide Brand awareness to the community by attending meetings, community events, and other such proceedings. *
- Ensures resident information is recorded accurately and timely in accordance with company policy, processes, and procedures. *
- Responsible for managing revenue and expenses to include occupancy, leasing, renewals, delinquencies, maintenance, and repairs, if applicable to your market. *
- Builds rapport with employees, customers, and clients while maintaining professionalism and friendliness. *
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, advanced Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks or similar software, and PropertyWare knowledge would be preferred.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related property management experience and/or training and one year experience with single or multi-family rentals; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Active three years as a state licensed real estate broker or capable of becoming a managing broker within 30 days
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
