Full Job Description

Hampton & Hampton Management & Leasing Co is in the market for a new Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with both property owners and tenants. We are looking for someone that is driven, detailed and goal oriented and is able to handle incoming projects and tasks with a sense of urgency. We are looking for a team member who will grow with our client group as we acquire our target number of properties!

Hampton & Hampton is a professional property management company that is committed to helping our investors and property owners achieve the highest return of Investment possible! As we continue to grow our accounting department is also growing and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and be part of our success!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Acquire and manage new properties as demand grows
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
  • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
  • Handle evictions, breaches in lease and terms
  • Maximize retention
  • Update job and market knowledge

Skills

  • Proven work experience as property manager
  • Active Real Estate License
  • Experienced with sales
  • Experienced with residential property management
  • Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
  • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Customer focus and bottom line orientation
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Valid real estate agent/broker license (or must pass within 6 months)
  • BS degree in related field
