On-site property manager for gated HOA community. Must have or be able to quickly complete Property Manager Certification. Manage vendors, handyman, pay bills, and handle resident requests according to HOA Covenants. Experience in Word, Excel, webmail and customer focus is a must. Able to apply rules and manage difficult situations. Must attend monthly Board Meeting from 7-9:00pm to take minutes.
